I, too, think we should take it slow with inviting a lot more people to this board. That's not to say that there are quite a few more who SHOULD be here. We should just continue to be careful with who and how many more we invite.

I have to agree with a few of the others,we should just take it easy for awhile.40 does sound good for now.
